phone at 301-315-5858. Use this page to place orders online using Visa or Mastercard.
International orders: At this time, we cannot accept international orders online, other than Canada.
Please call or email for all international orders from outside the US and Canada.
Delivery policy: All orders will be shipped within 24 hours and delivered within 72 hours of payment
within the continental US.
Shipping & handling: An additional flat fee of $35.00 will be charged for shipping and handling for
domestic sites within the continental US.
Green discount: Support the environment and return shipping materials. A $5.00 discount will be
credited to your next order if we receive the shipping box and temperature control packs by mail
(return shipping label included.)
Sales tax: Orders placed by customers within Maryland will be assessed a 6% sales tax.
Return policy: Due to the perishable nature of these products, no returns will be accepted and no
refunds will be made. However, defective products may be replaced free of charge at the discretion
of the company. Please contact technical support for assistance.
